Application of Markers for Glycocalyx Abscission in Diagnosis and Prevention of Early Renal Injury in Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

This invention concerns with the provision of an application of glycocalyx abscission markers in the diagnosis and prevention of early renal injury in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic nephropathy, so as to solve the problems existing in the prior art. By screening, the markers proteoglycan -1 and hyaluronic acid can be used to detect early renal injury in newly diagnosed T2DM with high sensitivity and specificity, and provide new markers for clinical medicine. The invention further provides an application of detection reagents for detecting the expression levels of the markers in preparing products for diagnosing and preventing early renal injury. Some of the technical effect of the invention is that by analyzing the relationship between the glycocalyx abscission of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients and the renal function indexes and exploring the diagnostic value of the glycocalyx abscission on the early renal injury, the polyligand proteoglycan-1 and hyaluronic acid, which can be used for diagnosing and preventing the early renal injury of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, are screened out.
