The invention aims at providing a design method of borehole layout parameters by side leakage method, which uses the existing data to comprehensively design borehole layout parameters from multiple angles, and combines with inclinometer to carry out field measurement feedback adjustment, thus realizing the reasonable layout of borehole by side leakage method, and providing a basis for highly accurate prediction of the development of water-conducting fracture zone. It also provides for a method for designing drilling layout parameters by a side leakage method of an upward hole. The beneficial effe ct of the invention includes that the existing data are fully utilized to comprehensively design the drilling arrangement parameters from multiple angles, and the on-site measured feedback adjustment is carried out in combination with the inclinometer, so that the method realizes the reasonable arrangement of the drilling by the upward hole side leakage method, provides a foundation for accurately predicting the development of the water-conducting fracture zone, and is of great significance for accurately detecting the height of the water-conducting fracture zone.
