The purpose of this invention is to provide a rapid deyecvtion method of tannic acid, so as to solve the above problems and realize accurate and rapid detection method of tannic acid. – The invention provides a rapid detection method of tannic acid. The method includes preparing RA-Ce nanoparticles and detecting tannic acid content by colorimetric and temperature dual signals. The invention also provides a preparation method of the RA-Ce nanoparticles and their application in rapid detection of tannic acid. The method is simple, easy to operate, and has a high detection efficiency.


It is suitable for rapid and accurate detection of tannic acid. – The invention discloses a peroxidase-like catalytic property of RA-Ce nanoparticles in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, and a photothermal effect of oxTMB. These properties enable dual signal detection of tannic acid content, with simple operation and high sensitivity.


The detection method improves the accuracy of the detection results and has a wider detection range and lower detection limit. It also provides for the preparation of the RA-Ce nanoparticles.
